Design Policy
The studio is open. The renders are yours. The foundry is ours.
This is the plain statement of who owns what when you design with us. It is short on purpose, and it governs anything made in the studio.

The renders are yours
Every render you make in the studio is yours to use. Put it in a client deck, a mood board, a presentation, a post. No watermark, no attribution, nothing to ask permission for.
A plan buys studio time. It does not change who owns what — the free studio and the Partner account have exactly the same rights in the images they make.
What a render is
Renders are concept imagery, made with AI assistance. They carry intent, proportion and finish honestly. They are not photographs of a finished piece, and the cast object will hold the variance of a hand-made thing.
Present them as what they are. We would rather your client meet the piece with the right expectation than be surprised by it.
Where it gets made
Most designs here begin with a piece from our collection — you take something we already cast and move it somewhere new. Those designs carry our work inside them, so we are the ones who cast them.
A design you started from a blank page, or from your own image, with nothing of ours in its lineage, is yours to produce wherever you like. We will say which one a design is if you ask.
What we keep
We may develop a studio design into a piece for the collection, and we may show designs and finished pieces in our archive and our own channels — credited to you wherever you want the credit.
This is how the studio pays for itself: the work that happens here feeds what we make next. Buying exclusivity on a design turns both of those off for that design.
Making it yours alone
One fee, once, on a single design. We will not develop it for the collection, we will not show it, and it will not appear in the archive. It stays between you and your client.
This is the only arrangement under which a piece is genuinely nobody else's. Write to us with the design reference and we will price it.
Taking it elsewhere
If you want a design that came out of our collection cast somewhere other than Moradabad, you can buy out the tie. One fee per design, priced by category, and the production licence transfers to you.
We would rather cast it. But we would rather you ask than wonder — write to us with the reference and we will quote it.
Ordering
Designing is open to anyone with a studio. Ordering runs on an approved trade account, as everything in the catalogue does.
Sending a piece to the atelier for a quote is free, and stays free. You are never charged to ask us to make something.
